Multifamily and Industrial/Commercial Water Use

Multifamily Property Program

Twenty-five percent of Mesa’s water use is through multifamily residences. The Utilities Conservation staff would like to help you identify ways to save money by saving water on your multifamily property. By request, the City will work with managers and/or owners to review onsite water use, identify water saving options, and construct a cost/benefit analysis. Conservation staff can provide you with tools to enable you to determine the best ways to save money on the water and wastewater portion of your utility bill.

Innovative Water Management Award
If you are an industrial, commercial, or institutional water customer in Mesa that has shown a significant long-term reduction in water consumption, you may be eligible to receive the Innovative Water Management Award. For those businesses who can use a little help getting started on the water conservation path, the Utilities Conservation staff is available to provide your organization with the tools necessary to save water and money.

Please e-mail becky.zusy@Mesaaz.gov or call (480) 644-3058 to schedule an appointment, discuss your water management plan, or find out if you qualify for the Innovative Water Management Award.
