Town Center Development
The Town Center Development Office
is part of the City of Mesa's Economic Development
Division and is dedicated to revitalizing Mesa's
downtown area according to the input received from
citizens, businesses, property owners, and other
City departments.
The Town Center Development Office acts
as a one-stop shop for planning services in the
Town Center Redevelopment Area. Since
the downtown area has its own designated
zoning districts, the Town Center
Development Office processes, through the Downtown Development Committee, all of the design review, zoning
cases, use permit applications, as well as development projects that guide development within the Town Center
Redevelopment Area.
