Create recordings of 9-1-1 calls

Copies of 9-1-1 calls, telephone and radio recordings are needed on an on-going basis for use in court, submission into evidence, and for various department divisions. As a Communications 9-1-1 Recording Assistant, you would be responsible for making audio CDs of these communications. Once trained, you would have a highly flexible schedule -- you would choose your own hours. Please be aware that you have to listen to recordings of a variety of incidents unfolding, including very stressful circumstances creating high emotions, sometimes including strong language.

Desired Skills: Must have basic computer experience; ability to type; ability to hear audio from a PD; ability to follow step-by-step procedures; attention to detail.

Hours Needed: Any time, but a minimum of five to ten hours weekly is required; you could schedule these hours however you wish.
