service in a variety of weather conditions, while also working closely with
Crime Scene Technicians and supervisors. They identify, collect, preserve and
package evidence. Volunteers will drive a department vehicle and operate a
police radio. In addition to processing basic incidents, they also prepare and
submit reports regarding their duties.
Desired Skills: Must

including the use of Microsoft Word and e-mail; must
demonstrate solid writing skills; must be able to
lift up to 25 pounds; must be able to follow oral
and written instructions; must be able to interact
professionally with department members and represent
the department professionally to the public.

about use of the criminal justice computer in order
for you to have access to it; must possess a valid
driver's license; must purchase own cargo pants and
black work boots, with steel toes recommended.
Hours Needed: Minimum
