The Superstition District is one of the fastest growing areas within the City of Mesa, with a population of approximately 157,000 people. The district is located in the eastern portion of the city and covers approximately 69 square miles See our area map.

The Superstition Station has a staff of 134 sworn Officers and 7 support staff members. The station is located at 2430 S. Ellsworth Road and is shared with Mesa Fire Department Station 12. The station was built in 1997 and includes a community room for community group meetings.

The Superstition District has a Community Action Team in addition to Patrol Officers that are assigned to the station. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is within the boundaries of the district and there are 11 Officers and one Sergeant assigned to the Airport.
