Mesa Police Department Forensic Services
In November 2002, the Identification Unit and the Crime Laboratory merged to
form the Forensic Services Section. This section is assigned sixty-six full-time
positions and contains the DNA, Firearms, Latent Print, Controlled Substances,
Toxicology, Photo Laboratory, Fingerprint Identification and Crime Scene
Units.
