A grid summary will list how many calls for service there were for the
crime types listed above left, that have had reports written, in a specific
1/2-mile area for the past 3 full months. A specific address will
only be run if it is an apartment complex or
town home/condo property. (Duplex/tri-plex/four-plex units are not considered
apartments.) We
cannot run specific apartment or condo/town home unit numbers.
A normal single grid request (call types listed
above) is usually returned within three business
days, but can take up to two weeks. Any request beyond the normal
grid summary as listed above and you will need to submit a
Public Records Request. We will not process requests unless
address information is complete. The address is necessary to pinpoint the grid
area or to run a specific rental community. If you do not have an address for an apartment community, try
searching the apartment name through
Qwest Dex
to get an address.
