Plan Review

Plan Review is part of Planning in Development Services.  There are three workgroups within Plan Review.
 

Preliminary Plan Review team (PPRT): The Preliminary Plan Review Team (PPRT) is an interdisciplinary group that provides professional preliminary reviews in four different City Code areas: Planning, Building Construction, Fire and Development Engineering for projects proposed for construction.

Plan Review: Planning Plan Review conducts detailed Plan Review of proposed construction documents to ensure compliance with adopted codes as well as City Council, Design Review Board and Board of Adjustment decisions.

Inspections: Planning Inspections conducts field inspections to ensure that completed construction projects comply with adopted codes as well as City Council, Design Review Board and Board of Adjustment decisions.
