TeleTrac - Registration by Phone

You can register for almost any course using your touch-tone telephone - day or night!  You can use either your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, and payment is due in full at the time you use TeleTrac. (Registrations using other payment types must use other registration methods.)  Customers registering for classes with prerequisites may not use TeleTrac for those classes until their history of completing prerequisite classes is in the system.

Before you get started 

To use TeleTrac for the first time, your household must be added to our computer system. Even if you have registered for classes before, you'll have to re-establish your household information in the new registration system.  You'll be assigned several numbers:  a Household Number, which identifies your family; and a Family Member Number for each member of your household.  When you call TeleTrac, you will need these numbers to register.

(TeleTrac is not yet able to process fee assistance registration; families and individuals requesting fee assistance will need to continue using the existing registration methods.)

Here's how the system works

• Fill out the registration form and call TeleTrac at 480-644-4449
• Press "1" for registrations
• Enter your Household Number, followed by "#"
• Enter your Family Member Number, followed by "#"
• Enter the Activity Number, followed by "#"
• Enter the Section Number, followed by "#"
• Listen to the remainder of the message to verify your enrollment and sign up for additional classes.
• If you hang up prior to selecting the prompt to complete your payment, you will not be enrolled.

Establish your household number and family member numbers by e-mailing our offices with the following information:

• name of the guardian or parent or primary member (please include first name, last name, date of birth and gender)
• address (please include city, state, zip and any unit or apartment number)
• home phone number (including area code)
• emergency numbers (including area code)
• all the family members who will be included (please include first name, last name, date of birth and gender for each individual)
