 City of Mesa Proclaims
August as Drowning Impact Awareness Month
Join the City of Mesa, Mesa Fire
Department, Phoenix Children's Hospital and
fire departments across the state to
recognize the tragic impact drownings have on the
entire community. Purple ribbons and
dog tags can be picked up from MFD to wear
and share, showing support for and calling
attention to the critical message of water
safety. Beginning July 28th,
2008 ribbons can be picked up at the Fire
Life Safety Education office at 13 West
First Street or the Fire Administration
office at 40 N. Center, Suite 115 in
downtown Mesa. |
