Engineering Design
Engineering Design utilizes both City and Consultant staff to perform analysis,
design and bidding of all of the City of Mesa's capital projects with more than
80% of all projects designed by Consulting Architecture, Landscape Architecture
and Engineering firms. Staff is comprised of professional and para-professional
personnel, including Registered Professional Engineers, Registered Landscape
Architects, Registered Architects, Engineering and Architectural Designers, and
Engineering and Architectural CADD Technicians. These projects fall into a
variety of categories, including:

- All City-Owned Buildings
- Developer Projects

Consultants interested in
performing work for the City of Mesa shall submit

Any additional supporting information (resumes, project experience, etc.)
All information submitted is entered into an Architectural / Engineering firm database and
information file that is used in making future project assignments. Information
submitted is kept on file until updated or replaced by the consultant. The City
of Mesa does not request annual updates nor do we pre-qualify firms. Information
submitted is strictly informational to aid in project assignment.
