Creation of less than four parcels of land

Planning and Zoning Board
Rezoning, Site Plan Modification, Site Plan Review, Council Use Permit, Preliminary Plats, Development Master Plan, Planned Area Development

Pre-Submittals
A Pre-Submittal Conference Meeting is required prior to a formal submittal to the Planning & Zoning Board/City Council or the Design Review Board.
