office locations are open for your convenience:

85201 - open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday through Friday, except for
City
holidays.
- 6935 E. Decatur St., Mesa, AZ 85207 - open 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday, except for City holidays.
Drop Boxes
- Utility
bills may be paid at the Municipal Building (55 N. Center St.)
or the drop boxes located on First Street on the north side of the Municipal
Building.
- For our East Mesa customers, City of Mesa utility drop boxes are located at the
East Mesa Service Center (6935 E. Decatur).
- For our customers in Southwest Mesa, there is a City of Mesa utility drop box
located in front of the Dobson Ranch Branch Library located at 2425 S. Dobson
Road.
