Customer Service Operations
The City of Mesa will be
performing required maintenance on our utility billing system
Sunday May 20th starting at 1:00 am. During this time both
My Utility Account (web access) and our automated phone system
will be unavailable for payments and other account inquiries.
The system will once again be available for use starting Monday
May 21st. Thank you for your patience and we
apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.
Customer Service Operations is responsible for billing,
collecting and processing all City of Mesa utility accounts for
services such as: electric, gas, water, wastewater, solid waste
and irrigation.
