Deputy City Manager Bryan Raines

As a Deputy City Manager, Bryan Raines oversees Financial Services, Financial Service Operations, Procurement Services; Parks, Recreation and Commercial Facilities, Facilities Maintenance and Fleet Services.

Mr. Raines has been with the City since 1983, and before becoming a Deputy City Manager was appointed manager of Financial Services in November 2003.  Prior to joining Financial Services, he served as the City's Neighborhood Services manager.  Mr. Raines also held various positions in the City Manager's Office where his primary responsibility was overseeing development of the City's annual budget. He began his career with the City as an administrative intern in the Police Department.

Mr. Raines earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Police Science from Northern Arizona University and a Masters in Public Administration from Arizona State University.
