Building Safety - Development Impact Fees
Development impact fees, sometimes known simply as impact fees are utilized to help pay the costs of capital facilities
that are required to provide services to new development.
2007 Development
Impact Fee Changes
The City Council implemented
Development Impact Fee increases by adopting
Ordinance 4706 on June 4, 2007, with an
effective date of September 4, 2007.
As is always the case with
impact fees, the new fees are collected on all
permits issued on or after the effective date.
