No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloguing, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold as is and without recourse.

YARD SALE LIST: There is no furnished list of yard sale items prior to the sale, nor is there previewing of sale items prior to 8:00 a.m. day of sale.

PAYMENT: Cash or approved check w/bankcard & Drivers License, VISA and MasterCard accepted.

PICK-UP: Items must be removed within (72) hours of Auction /Yard close. Items not removed within 72 hours will be disposed of at City's discretion. In case of rain Sale will be rescheduled!
