Civil Hearing
Processes all civil citations issued by Code Compliance for public nuisances and Housing Code and conducts hearings to adjudicate citations and collect fines as ordered by Civil Hearing Officers.

Aesthetic Review of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Signage.

General Plan Amendments
A change to the land use plan that would substantially alter the City's planned mixture or balance of land uses.

PPRT - Technical Review Application
The Technical Plan Review Team is an interdisciplinary group that provides preliminary reviews in four different City Code areas: Planning, Building Construction, Fire and Development Engineering.

A Pre-Submittal Conference Meeting is required prior to a formal submittal to the Planning & Zoning Board/City Council or the Design Review Board.
